Medical Malpractice

In the United States, and North Carolina as a whole, we are fortunate that the vast majority of health care is properly rendered without incident or harm. Occasionally though, there are situations where mistakes are made and innocent people are harmed. This harm can cause both physical and emotional damage.

BMG has years of experience when it comes to reviewing potential medical malpractice cases, and preparing cases for settlement and/or trial.

Medical malpractice is defined as a private or civil wrong that arises when a doctor or medical professional violates the standard of care owed to a patient and the patient is injured as a result.

If a medical professional fails to provide the care that should reasonably be expected under the circumstances and the patient is harmed as a result, then the patient has a right to bring a malpractice suit against the professional at fault, which may result in the patient receiving much needed compensation.

If you believe you or a member of your family has been harmed by the improper treatment of a medical professional, please call or e-mail BMG. If you are unable to come to us, we can come to your home or even to the hospital. In addition, we are paid a fee only if you collect.
